After a phone conversation with photobox on on 3/7/13 was told that delivery was 1-3 days after printing. Avoided telling me that there would be a delay in the actual printing. Naively spent 6 hours uploading pictures. However, after several email complaints was informed that it had been dispatched on 12/7/13. Royal Mail confirmed that they had no such order. (Even their reference number supplied is currently not recognised by Royal Mail!)
Photobox confirmed that it should have arrived by 1pm on 15/7/13. It of course didn't which, considering it was for an 18th birthday, was a major disappointment.
Cannot comment on quality, as it has not arrived as yet.
Advice: avoid, use someone or anyone else!
Interesting to note, on one of the website pages it describes 24 million users, on another communication, 22 million users. in the last email to me directly, 7 million users...... Maybe that tells me a lot.......next week, based on my experience, any gullible users?
