Used Photobox whenever there is a Groupon deal.3 or 4 times now. This year I spent 3 weeks, on and off, designing a 50 page photobook. Upgraded paper, slipcase etc. During this time I emailed customer services asking if pictures could be rotated - they can in many other photoprinters. Got an acknowledgement but no reply. Finished the book, checked the spelling, pictures quality and paid. It arrived yesterday with fully 40% (54 ) of the pictures printed with thick bands of different colour running through them. Tried an on-line conversation with customer services but the site crashed. Phoned them and waited 9 minutes for a reply. Was told that the pictures had no uploaded fully. So why did the preview appear fine and there were no warnings?
I asked how I could have told there was a problem- "You need to look for the high resolution copy of each picture. Go into albums, find the picture. Click on it and then again. Wait for it to load and inspect it" For 200 pictures?
So what do we do about the problem? "YOu will have to upload all the pictures again"
Never again.
