Ordered a photobook with first class post. They promised to despatch within a week, emailed me on the day after the supposed dispatch day apologising for the delay, promising to send it asap with courier to make up for the delay in production with the delivery. Three days later, no news on order I had to call them to receive a promise to look into my case and call me back. Didn't happen (I call that awful customer service). Called them again, just to receive some rubbish explanation about settling time for glue??!! - still no despatch time in sight. Call received a few hours later informs me that my order won't be done before the weekend and, actually, have no idea when it will be done, hopefully early next week - with some new explanation about printing errors. Additional apologetic emails have arrived over the weekend, telling me as soon as the order is ready they will send it with courier (nothing I haven't heard before). Five days after supposed despatch time - weehey! good news, your order have been despatched by first class post! No mentioning of courier this time, but they are still terribly sorry, so here is 10% off when you spend £20 at your next order. Do they really think I will use their services ever again???!! What a sad little bunch! NOT RECOMMENDED!

It has been dispatched yesterday evening and has actually been sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery- a follow up email was send with all the details.
