The site was straight forward/simple to use. The uploads could have gone a bit faster but couldn't they always? The delivery was fast although a little on the expensive side with the cheapest delivery costing £7.99. However as I ordered over 500 prints they only cost £0.05 a print. However the delivery took only 2/3 days and emails were sent to notify me of dispatch. I could also track my order status online from printing to delivery, which was a nice touch.

The prints came out beautifully. The quality was good and hardly any marked prints, etc. My only criticism is that some of my prints have been cut to fit. It would have been useful for the site to flag these prints up, and I could have ordered larger sizes for those ones. Also I ordered matt with border and some borders were crooked and the matt appeared slightly glossy (more so than usual), but they still look lush.

I have since recommended this to friends and have received free prints and credits upon them ordering from the site. They also keep me updated on offers via email.
