I joined, what I hoped would be a straightforward, online fax service. MyFax.com had had some reasonable reviews so I opted to join them. I am regretting it and am seriosuly considering terminating my service unless I get some radical improvement. Unfortunately, this American company seems typical of a big beauracratic organisations where people are terribly polite...but nothing gets done. I am using Popfax for 5 months and I am pretty happy with it, i never had any problems with receiving faxes and the price is quite cheap.
