I would like everyone to know just how shocking virgin media phones, customer service really is, my 79 year old dad hasn't had a phone for 5 days now, after notifying them Monday they was going to send a engineer wed but they cancelled that and didn't notify anyone, bearing in mind my dad who needs medical help has no phone they didn't let anyone know they weren't coming, after calling again wed and thurs being told it would be fixed each of the days still this morning Friday it not fixed, the procedure to get thru to customer services just cuts you off and I called 6 times this morning before the automatd system would put my call thru, its outrageous way to treat an oap who needs a phone, with arthritis In his hip he could fall anytime and no-one would know because his phone is dead, virgin media are the worst commincation company out there right now, I bet even Richard branson himself don't use it!!!!! very sad
