I've had virgin media relating to their internet service for 19 months now and not once has there been a lapse in service. Never had any issues and never had to ring them up.

Value for money and have increased the speed from 50MG to 120MG since i took out the service with no increase in costs.

Also 3 people in my household use the internet at the same time and speed is never affected whether all using the internet from a computer or a games console.

All in all i would recommend to anyone and certainly do provide a speed much closer to what you expect.
