Over the many years I have been with Unicom I have always had 1st class service for phone and broadband. On the few occasions that I have had to call it is so good to be connected directly to someone who can help rather than to an automated system. The advantage of retaining my phone number and business email address saved a lot of bother. I see no reason to change my supplier for these servcies.
