This company which re-sells telecoms services, does not bother to check the phone numbers it calls against the telephone preference service. I strongly urge you to report them to OFCOM, as we do every time they call us. Usually they just hang up on you when you ask them why they are calling a TPS-registered number, but if you lead them on a bit then you can usually trick them into revealing their name before you explain why you are trying to find that out.
To their credit, the sales people are friendly, and it's maybe not their fault that the only half decent job they could find was cold-calling people. So although it's easy to get rude with the person who makes the call, I would urge you instead to report the company to OFCOM, hopefully they will get a punitive fine and stop this annoying practise.
