Having been unable to get away from Unicom during their 'Roll over Contract days' I am now 1 month away from switching to an alternative supplier, and I cant wait! last month the direct debit payment did not go through due to a late payment of salary into my account. Not only did they charge me £10, but the subsequent bill was increased from an average of £25 to £89! Their explanation is that its 'in the contract, they are entitled to increase call charge rates to a higher tariff because I was late with a payment, if I'm on time with the next one, they will allow them to go back down again, but nothing they can do about this bill'
My experience leaves me feeling that these really are the phone company from hell, very friendly when they are selling it to you, hard as nails once they've got you!

They are the worst company I have ever come across! I agree - AVOID!!
