This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
There is nothing good about Unicom, quite frankly they are useless.
3 Months before my contract was coming to an end I called up to arrange cancellation and was told that I couldn't cancel until 1 month before the end of my contract so when I phoned up 1 month before I was told that I had to do it before 1 month in writing otherwise it will roll into another 3 year contract!! "read the small print" Then during my 2nd 3 year term I changed my business bank account and I was told that I had to start a new 3 year contract because I was changing the direct debit to a different account! I had to keep the account open just for this direct debit!
I eventually cancelled my contract last month and they are still texting and calling my mobile to tell me that I am still in contract with them and to re instate my direct debit! I have phoned on 4 separate occasions to go over this with people who have no understanding of what they are doing and are rude, I am then assured everything is dealt with and I will not hear from them again when I have it in writing I am not in contract and then it starts again! Bad company, over priced, bad service and rude customer services. I'D RATHER USE STRING AND PAPER CUPS THAN UNICOM!
