We reported a fault on Friday 13th (ominous) and we are still waiting for it to be fixed on MOnday 23rd. Despite us calling every day, no one ever cals us back and the fault is always "with OpenReach". Why doesnt this company admit they are useless and cannot fix anything. Why can't we talk to OpenReach and get it sorted. We too are struggling to get out of a "rolling contract" but have got some sensible cancellation charges from them at last. Keep plugging away, the first letters they send out when you cancel are only estimates.

We are so looking forward to changing to a differtent supplier.
