Had a letter from them saying my Elitecalls agreed service rates would not change. Prices now increased phone line by 88% and broadband by 18%. They want £1382. to terminate contract. Customer service is terrible. Each time I speak to them they tell me something different and that is if they actually do answer the phone when you ring. It has taken them one month to send me copies of the contracts and the verbal recording that they say is for the telephone line (this is actually a prior owner of the shop and the Elitecalls contract says that it can not be transferred). I have now written to them asking to start their official complaints procedure. I would be very happy to do a joint complaint to the Ombudsmen. The sooner they are exposed the better.

I thought I would be able to message you but it isn't letting me. I really would like to get more details from you as I have a large amount of evidence that I am preparing for the eventuality that they are going to try to take my money. I hope I can help. Please don't pay them any money !
