As trading a business, decided in signing up to Titan Telecom for calls, as sounded and looked promising as they only specialise in small to medium sized businesses.
I also have Calls with Titan for my home landline as do business work from home..and more recently have added the Broadband product from Titan to account as not ideal but as its cheaper. But was a awful, dreadful start in getting business broadband...as they had been in touch with our previous ISP too early...as normally it's supposed to be a simple and smooth process in switching and transferring any utility for home or business. On the day activation, I was told our broadband line would be activated sometime during the day up until 12 midnight..but no exact time was given. Not only were we left with no broadband/Internet for whole day and since around after 12 midnight the day b4...our internet stopped working. During the day was a nightmare and we was left with no use of Internet as not knowing when our line would be activated...I must have called, Titan about 4 times and the waiting time to speak to the right department at Titan is a total nightmare everytime...surely they should keep to the promise in answering a call at the right time as stated in the automated voice.
Anyway, had all day long...and made over 4 calls and no broadband activation, wasted my time and money. Really think this company needs to invest heavily on its customer service, infrastructure, and it's business products in order to give a more reliable and honest service. Plus needs to sort out it's customer service, answer calls promptly in order to retain its loyal business customers...as there business hours are only Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm...its stupid, they should invest and operate a 24 hrs or at least up to 12 midnight service whereby you can report a fault with landline/calls, broadband or anything else. Since having used Titan's broadband for few days now, not sure why or if related to the broadband service....but landline phone is not working...can't make or receive calls.
Starting to have mixed feelings as to using Titan. They will loose my custom for sure very soon as getting out of control. Why can't companies be honest and have brilliant service.
