Where do I begin with this crowd. I changed my business phone line from BT to Titan and added broadband, "no problem" they claimed. The phone line changed across ok, however the go live date for the broadband came and went without activation happening. I phone Titan the next working day to see what was going on,they didn't know the line hadn't gone live so there is obviously no line of communication with actual broadband provider. They don't come back to you,you have to chase them, only to be told they've had to reorder with Openworld and it will be another 10 days to wait. Go live day 2 came and went, phoned them to see what had gone wrong and as I wasn't prepared to wait another age only to risk being disappointed again I cancelled the lot and went back to BT, who had no problems getting me connected more or less straight away once they had the line back.
I never received an explanation why the connection didn't happen, customer service are just plain argumentative, defensive, and the free cancellation doesn't seem to exist.
Wouldn't touch with a bargepole.
