Had always been happy with the post office phone. I am now totally disgusted. Tried to report a fault it took 4 HOURS. They said the fault would be fixed within 3 days. 5 day later not fixed. I am trying to contact them and have been holding on(because of high volume of calls) for 2 hours and have still not got through. I am in despair as to how to get through to them. I have put in complaints they say they will respond in 5 days. 8 days later no response. HELP DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
