The Post Office Home Phone and Broadband are by far the worst service provider (if they can be called that) I have EVER dealt with. The only reason I have not yet cancelled is because I can't actually get Back through to them unless I wish to hold for 2 HOURS and on more than one occassion my phone battery has actually died before they answer.
For the last 2 months I have totalled up 28 calls regarding faults on my home phone and broadband,on the rare occasions that you do get to speak to someone, you find that you are passed between departments and have to repeat the fault to each new person you speak to, and on one particular call I had to explain this fault to no less than 7 agents (i still have a list of the agents names I spoke to on this date). I have had 4 engineers out and 3 New wireless routers still they claim they cannot find a fault even after engineer witnessed fault for himself.
One post office employee even suggested I should be using the Ethernet cable in order to get broadband to work, which defeats the whole point of it being `wireless`.
I feel now that the last few times I have called they are thinking "oh her again" the minute they read my notes.
I would NEVER recommend the Post Office Home Phone and broadband service to another living soul and the only reason I gave one star on the overall ratings above was because a zero rating wasn't available.
