I initially went with post office because I was a poor student. On return to my main family address we phoned the post office to have our package transferred. We had orange before who provided us with the MAC code. We called the post office support team and they insisted we didn't need to give them a mac code or do anything, and that they would have everything sorted within 14 days. Fair enough, when the 14 days were up we called them back to ask what was happening - to cut a long story short they screwed up and lied to us. I even managed to speak to the same advisor 'Jamie' and questioned him about why he has lied. All of the usual patter about it being everybody elses fault but their own. I got absolutely no confidence when speaking to anyone at the post office tech team. I was batted around from person to person. The staff are not trained badly and this is a negative reflection on the current management. Anyone who is looking at this website who is considering recruiting one of these managers to their company needs to take note at their inability to train staff correctly.
