I have been trying to call my son in Japan for almost a half hour....at first I was asked (for the first time) for my account number, which I had been led to believe was the same as my phone number. This didn't work, and a rude disembodied voice said "goodbye" and hung up. I called again and was told over and over and over to keep redialing my son's number, and each time I was told that it was invalid..until the same disembodied voice again suddenly chirped "goodbye" and hung up again. I liked this service very much when started using it, but the quality of the lines has been decreasing steadily for the past few months, so I rarely use it all, and most often my son has to call me back on his line. Tonight has been the worst.....no customer service (even though I started to call before 11 pm) and no way to use what I have already paid for.
