DO NOT TOUCH! The customer service is terrible and the general attitude of the company to it's customers is appalling. It's almost as if they are consciously trying to drive customers away!
Had a few problems with being overcharged that took 10 hours of calls to finally sort. Absolutely ridiculous.
My parents also had problems with their signal in a rural location when their broadband was comically slow. They did next to nothing to help with them either.
