Dont bother with this company if you are thinking of changing your telecoms. i have been left high a dry , system and service is very bad. dont make the same mistake i did.

I agree, I used this company and unfortunately I am still with them, there sales person mis-sold me a lease 7 years long when I only wanted a three year lease, he told me my telephone calls would be cheaper, the equipment would be much better than what I had and that he would be saving me a £1000.00 per year. The equipment has never worked to its full capacity and they have never tried to sort this, my phone calls are not cheaper nor are my phone bills, the leasing company keep taking insurance payments out of my bank when I informed them I have my own office liability and contents insurance, they have promised to give me back this money but never have. I wrote a complaints letter to their head office in January 2013 and I still have not received a reply. They recently contacted me to say I am using over my Broadband capacity and I need to pay an extra £11.00 per month or I will be charged £1 per gigabyte over my limit. This company just keep taking money and when you contact them the customer service is bordering on rude. Don't, Don't us this Company, I was with a company called Admiral before and they were excellent. If you know nothing about tele communication as I do, I recommend Admiral, they explain everything and are not out to rip you off. Don't make the same mistake as me.

I have just goggled and its lead me to this trail. I too was mis-sold a telephone system whilst he was working at 4com. He even signed my signature on a seven year service agreement that he'd made no mention of previously - unfortunately he had already left 4com before they could do anything about it. His reputation is catching up on him. 4com have been great and the phone system works well, however we've never come close to making the savings he alledged we would. Steer well clear of him.

We have come across similar problems from this supplier with several companies locally. We have been able to take them away from Supply Communications, settling off existing leases in operation. Would you be open to a chat about this?? If so, please call me AND ASK FOR dAVID
