“Bogus company”

This is the most bogus company I have ever seen. They provide the service from Bangladesh, and when customers get angry with their bad service, they give all sorts of stories- technical problems and those! I would not definitely recommend their service to friends. They say unlimited but impose a fair use policy(2000 mins). So they could advertise as 2000£ for 8.99£/month instead of misrepresenting customers by using the word "unlimited". Skype says "unlimited" but their fair use policy is 6 hours/day or 10000 mins a month(which is lot). Call quality of Simple call is terrible. I found Skype internet call quality are much better than their call quality. As Skype increased their prices so I thought of joining them. I used another service called pennytalkworld which provides excellent service and for 17.99£/month its truly unlimited. I am going to report this company soon if they dont sort out their bad service soon. These sorts of companies should be stopped by UK law.

http://www.pennytalkworld.co.uk will give you 500 minutes for £6.99/month, their unlimited plan says £17.99/month, so how many minutes do you think I will get?
Mate in Simplecall you say I will get 2000 minutes for £8.99, hmm...that's cheap.

Imon, its truly unlimited with no fair use policy. This is good if you have unlimited anytime plan in your landline. For mobile the plan of 10£ unlimited plan through premium text is better(if you have the old simplicity plan of o2 or the one plan of three). I came to know about Simple call few months back or maybe a year through television ad. It was not there from 2008. Be aware of another bhogus company-unlimitedindiacalling.com. Few reviews came in last 30 mins-are you sure you not from simplecall trying to market? If I was from another service provider trying to market then i would have told of a particular provider. Use some common sense guys!
