I have been using Satatel for the past two years for my businesses SMS marketing requirements. I believe I was one of their first customers and have nothing but praise for the service they provide which has constantly been very professional. Dave at Satatel worked with my IT team to integrate into our application and we could not be happier with the results. Satatel's SMS solution has enabled our company to effectively contact our patients and arrange call backs at a time suitable to them. We have also seen a high drop in Appointment "no shows" which enables other patients appointments to be rearranged and brought forward. Would recommend! (read more)
