I am writing to complain about charge that was applied to my recent invocie from your primus. Nowhere on the product information page or on the term and conditions did it indicate that a those charge would be applied. Primus does NOT follow thier own term and conditions. in the end they cost more than other, if you are shipping for service Trust me! Primus should not be the one to select any other one will be much better, I have deal with many service provider, I can say Primus is the worth one.
