“failure to fix fault”

Paid for contract up front, phone line developed fault 7 months in. Couldn't get any response from Primus/Newcall that wasn't automated. As I need landline eventually had to transfer to BT - so am paying line rental twice until June - who fixed problem in 3 days- it was in an external junction box so nothing I could fix myself.
Don't touch this firm - they took money from me but didn't deliver.... If I did the same I'd be up before the police....
