This is the worst telecom Co I have come across they charge for everything they can. They do not tell you that you have to pay for paper billing and trying to get it on line very difficult. They have a fair usage policy please be aware of this as it is 1500 mins per month the they charge for every call, if you go over the allotted minutes it is very expensive the fair usage policy averages out at 49 MINUTES PER DAY not a lot really. They dis every telecom Co and say they are cheaper THEY ARE NOT. The customer service is terrible and rude. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this review and take in what is said, wish I had, cannot wait to leave them.

totally agree, do not know how they are still in business and customer service do need lessons in customer relations
