Like the other reviewer on here I have been with DST for over 3 years and always found them to be good. However last 3 months ....
Charged for overusage with no warning - this was not the contract I signed up to (option 4 in 2008), previously (1 time) I went over the peak allowance and service slowed till end of month and then back to normal. Contract I signed was restricted peak usage (20Gb per month), unrestricted off peak usage
They appear to have changed that (no warning) and I now have a total 60GB monthly limit, go over that and it is 95p per GB I phoned to query bill and was told we don't make mistakes with this.
I am really struggling to see how I could have racked up 150GB in a month (2 Pc's in house - no P2P) and am certain they have an issue, I also notice that talktalk had a similar issue for some of their customers and if DST have put you onto a talktalk LLU than that may explain things.
I have now had another bill with overusage charges and after my email to billing they appear to have put the overusage charges on hold, pending a check.
Just checked phone part of bill and they also appear to have charged me for 0845 calls and 0870 calls which should be included. Another email sent to request a credit for these.

I had the same problem they tried to tell me that I to went over my limits and that is why my internet was slow so when I asked that the internet was slow from the time I took out the deal with them to which he had no answer. I called them twice but they failed to return my call so I cancel my contract with them to find out I was duped into a 12 months contact. and a £50.00 cancelation added on even though they have a 28 day rolling contract.
