I got put on to a daisy contract by a rep for a company called coad blue communications - thay claim to find you the best deals, well i dont know what has happened i feel so daft because i pay more for the one line i moved to daisy than the three lines i had with my previous provider. Whats more i got a canclelation charge from my previous provider which Coad blue were suposed to pay for and havent!! I even have trouble seeing my bill its all ebilling and i have requested info so i can acess... (read more)

Looks like your problem is with Coad Blue. If they're a dealer, then the promises they've made to you are nothing to do with Daisy. Presumably you signed a Daisy contract - that's the bit they're interested in. Any arrangement you made with the reseller are between you and them.

This was resolved and we also helped a separate part of the business solve another issue. The problem as suggested was not Daisy's fault and we took ownership of the issue.
