How do I fill in the registration form completely?. Halfway through it just clicks off and I start again to no avail. Been trying all week.

Well it's September 2016 and it's still happening. I notice someone had same issues in 2011. Have been trying to persuade my Mum for years to use this service as I haven't had any issues in 8 years but looks like they aren't bothered about any more business - they must know about how difficult it is to register and contact them

I have just managed to register. You must do so using Internet Explorer only.

I'm having the same problem, and, as I am not registered, I can find no way to contact them to report the problem and seek advice. Does anyone know how to do this ???
