BT's service is the worst I have ever experienced. I don't usually write reviews but I have to this time. They failed to provide me with my full order for BT infinity. Assuring me they would contact me regarding the order which never transpired. I spent approximately 3 hours on the phone to various departments and still no broadband. Finally they agreed to set up a new order, with an additional weeks wait for connection.
