After several years of problems with the phone and Broadband our broadband has reduced to 2 mb. How is this acceptable for a business?
I how can BT call their fibre optic super fast when Japan and Korea have speeds up to 500MB download?
Bt does not repair or replace lines and we have been without a functioning broadband for so long our computers cannot update their systems as the download speeds are so bad. A useless service for exorbitant prices.
