I bought two ten pound cards to take to poland for the young people I work with to use to phone home. I was useing a tesco pay as you go mobile too and we could not use either cards as the full cost was coming off the phone credit......they did not work. I have since found out that after 90 days they expire!!! It might be useful if the people who think the cards are great to explain how they got them to work?? We follwed the instructions but no joy!!!

It is a complete rip off. There is no justification for hte limited validity. There is no warning about the limited validity. It doesn't work on any non geographical numbers, even iwthin the UK. It doesn't work with any non-geogrpahical numbers anywhere in Europe. It doesn't work with many mobiles across Europe. International????

The Tesco calling card is intended to be used to call FROM the UK to international destinations throughout the world. If you look at their website, it states that the card can also be used FROM 7 European destinations, Poland is not one of them.
On the back of the calling card, there are three lines of small print, one states that network charges may apply, another states that the card expires in 90 days after purchase or last recharge.
I don't think that tesco could be much more explicit with the terms and conditions, you just have to spend a moment to actually read them and not to make assumptions.
