Talk Home is not bad value for money and I will continue to use their calling card,however I am now cautious of them.
If you have not read the Ts&Cs you may be in for a shock when using their cards. The Ts&Cs are not even on the calling card so if you buy from a shop you are not made aware of them.
I thought I had minutes missing off my card until I spoke to the young girl in their customer service who explained the Ts&Cs to me. She added £1 onto my calling card for me as she noticed I hadn't been aware of the Ts&Cs and I then felt horrible for yelling at her when she first answered my call.
The customer service is good, the card is not to bad but whoever wrote the Ts&Cs and designed the website is a grade A idiot.
