I've been using Rebtel for about 2 years. They work about 50% of the time. I have other services so its no big deal.

However, because I was counting on using them I added credit to my account and very soon aftwards they suspended my account. I tried to get in touch with ANYONE there and found out they only work 8 to 8 GMT during the work week, but not this week!?!? Its between 8 and 8 and there is no one there.

On the website it says they 'try' to get back to you in 10 hours.

What a con!!!! They wait until you top up and then 'lock' your account for no reason and no way to talk to anyone.

DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!!
