we got this card for the data, not for calls. the network came up (3 Like Home) but no data service at all. I con't contacted them, and they said things like "turn on the data and it will work" in spite of the fact that we followed every direction on two separate cell phones.

To use the 3 Like Home SIM, you need to turn on "data roaming" on your phone for it to connect to the network. We would of course be happy to review your case again.
