I bought $10 1st time and all went well, then I went to recharge for another $10 and it came back with an error, so I tried again and same thing. I checked mt bank statement and sure enough they got $20, so I called the customer svc and left a msg, after 4 msgs on the cust svc voice mail and 6 emails, 2 weeks later still no minutes, no response to the email. So they simply stole my money.
