“Issues with screen freeze”

I am happy user, for about 6 months now, on my iPhone.

The only aggravation is that 2-3 times/month the screen freezes and the only way to "de-freeze" is to uninstall the app and reinstall. That needs your account number etc., - a headache.

Anyone else encountering this problem? Anyone found a solution?
