tried to get through to england at least 15 times each time could not connect load of rubbish but keeps taking my money

Terrible service. Of the many times I tried to connect my call to mexico, I was only able to connect two times. They discounted my available minutes from one try to the next, even when their system was not able to connect the call. This company is point blank stealing your money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
