One SimCard, in China

We were scheduled to travel in China and needed an international capable phone. We purchased an unlocked phone and international SIM card from One SimCard. The phone and the SIM card were promptly delivered to our home in the Midwestern US.
Because we were unfamiliar with this particular phone system we experienced a little difficulty initially setting up the phone. The One SimCard help desk was most helpful, including returning our calls and walking us through the set up process. With the help desk we were successfully able to get the phone operating.
While on our extensive trip to China, the phone and the card worked well, but the few second delays in connection and voice transmission did take some getting used to.
Probably the only challenge we encountered was that the included instructions with phone and SIM package were very minimal. While we were still in the US, we were able to access the online version of the FAQ and assorted instruction. Unfortunately that service was unavailable in China, as China routinely blocks access to foreign communication devices and services.
We recommend this product as a suitable product for people doing international travel at a reasonable price.
