PURCHASED A PHONE CARD THROUGH THE COMPANY, ATTEMPTED TO CALL A FRIEND IN BRAZIL, THE CALL WAS VERY CRACKLED AND ONLY LASTED 30 SECONDS. LATER ON THE DAY I TRIED THE SAME FRIEND AGAIN, AND WAS TOLD BY AN AUTOMATED VOICE MESSAGE SYSTEM THAT I HAD NO MORE MINUTES. AFTER CALLING THE 1800 NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM, THEY WERE SORRY, BUT TO REFUND THE MONEY OR THE MINUTES, I WOULD HAVE TO SEND THEM A FRONT AND BACK COPY OF MY CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE. NOW, YOU TELL ME, THEY KNEW THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE SYSTEM, WHY COULD I JUST HAVE NOT HAD THE MINUTES REFUNDED?

People deserve very good life time and credit loans or just bank loan can make it better. Because freedom depends on money state.
