Me: Why can't I see the number of minutes that are used in each call....there is no breakdown.
Rep: Unfortunately the call records are not available in your online account but we can send it to you entirely by email. For this, we would need a subpoena or notarized letter from you, with your ID, the reason for which you would like the calls to be sent and the period of time (the calls placed the last week or the last 6 months).
Me: So what your saying is that I can't tell if the charges are correct or if I'm getting ripped off.
