Peugeot 308

Read up on the newest Peugeot hatchback, the Peugeot 308. The 308 joined the line-up in mid-2007, as an eventual successor to the Peugeot 307.

The Peugeot 308 is also expected to get a Hybrid Diesel engine in around 2010, the Peugeot 308 Hybride HDi.

Currently, the Peugeot 308 (the range) hold the record of being the most efficient "mainstream" car avilable, with 90mpg imperial (75mpg US gallons) being the average performance.
