On March 29th we were driving from Oxford to Eastbourne and stopped at Cobham shell petrol station. We were tourists from Israel and when we came to the station we discovered we had forgotten our passports in the B&B in the Cotswolds area. Not only that - dad used the wrong type of fuel and we had to have the tank pumped out and refilled with diesel. It was Easter eve and that meant a very long wait in the station. The station staff and the station manager were very kind and helpful. the manager took care of everything - called a courier company for the passports, a service for the car, found out what the costs would be and helped us explain to the courier where the station was. We would like to thank him and the all the staff members that were in the station that day for everything they have done for us.
