I use shell from years and today i forgot my shell loyalty card and when i went to pay for my fuel staff asked me while he is on the phone with someone 'do u have shell card?' i said no. And the next thing he did swiped my points on some one elses card n gave him the card in front of me. When i asked him why did u give my points to him he said coz u dont have card that doesnt mean u wud just give points to others for what i paid. I was so not happy with this i will never go to this west drayton station.
