“Price Misrepresentation”

Have used the same BP station on A5 just off junction 12 of M6 only as a last resort. First occasion, got to the checkout and realised I was being overcharges. When I questioned it I was told I had filled up with ulitmate petrol not the standard. Having used it once again today, I have had the same thing only this time I used a different pump. Out of 4 pumps as least 2 have 'ULTIMATE' fuel.

Its a disgrace that this company seems to be able to get away with it time and again across the business. Looking at the other reviews this is not an isolated incident!!!

Most service stations offer more that two types of fuel these days. I think you should be more concerned about the fact that you do not know what fuel you are putting in your car.
