I ordered a dog water bottle on June 10. They of course, with drew the money from my account the next day. I checked back about a week later on the status and the email said "back order". I forgot about it for a few weeks and checked again, "In process". Now it's August 7 (almost two months later) and I have not receieved the item or gottan a response from the company. Tried calling once (not sure if the phone number even hooks up to the company) and have wrote to "Lisa" twice asking for a refund (which I know i'll never see). This place is rediculously slow and unreliable. I will NEVER buy anything from them EVER!
