When I saw this in the pet shop I was slightly surprised they made a ball this small. It is the perfect size for a dwarf hamster or a mouse (I use it on my mice) and its great! You can buy it in larger sizes too but this is the size I chose for safety reasons with my mice. It comes in the colours green and red (I chose red) and has plenty of slits for air holes, it's easy to clean, comes in a rest box you can put it in to store it easily not just having a hamster ball rolling around all...
