What a fantastic insurance company to be with. I have made one claim for Cupcake Hicks when he was very poorly, hassle free and dealt with very quickly. I have just renewed the policy for another year and look forward to staying with Vetsure for many years to come. I have recommended Vetsure to my friends and family and have explained the policys that are on offer and the value for money. A lot of companys ask for a ridiculous premium whereas Vetsure are one of the best I have seen. What I really like is that they are recommended by Budget Vets where Cupcake is registered and if you do have a claim to make the paperwork is self explanatory and ask for basic information from yourself and the rest being provided by your vetinary practice. I applied online and found it very easy to choose which policy was right for Cupcake. Overall fantastic value and care provided for your pet. No point in looking anywhere else....stick to Vetsure.
