Moon had an accident that required out of hours vet treatment until he could be transferred to out vets. Her required four lots of surgery and several weeks stay and numerous check ups. Vetsure repaid me the fees I had paid to the out of hours vets with in a few weeks, not bad as it was the Christmas/New Year period. As for the treatment at our vets, Vetsure paid them direct.
The paperwork was very easy to complete, 2 pages if I remember correctly and Moois details were already completed.
