My cat Alfie was knocked down on a Sunday, my vets were amazing and were so kind not only to Alfie but also to us. Thank God for our insurance as with his operation and all the care he received the cost was over £2700. Although the insurance didn't cover all of it, the main bulk was covered and there was no hassle. Make a phone call, get a claim form, give it to the vets, payment made. Thanks so much.
